MEETING REQUESTS / UPDATED 7 NOVEMBER 2026

A short privacy note.

What you share

Your name, email address, reason for reaching out, optional project reference, preferred time and time zone, message, and permission to reply. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information.

How it is used

Kumar Kaushik uses these details to review your request, send you an automatic receipt, and reply to you by email. A notification with your request details is also sent to Kumar. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment or subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

Requests are stored as private JSON objects in Cloudflare R2, accessible through authenticated owner tools. They are not included in public project files. Records include a request reference, creation/expiry dates, and the privacy-note version you accepted. Emails are processed through Gmail SMTP and the recipient’s email provider. The visitor receipt contains the request reference and preferred time, without repeating the free-text message.

Verification and retention

Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical information to provide this verification and hosting service; see its privacy policy. The application does not store your IP address, user agent, or verification token in a meeting record.

Meeting records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Storage lifecycle cleanup is asynchronous, so deletion may occur shortly after that period. You can request earlier deletion by emailing kumarkaushik871@gmail.com with your request reference. R2 expiry does not remove copies in email inboxes: Kumar manages those separately and can remove his copies on request. Your own inbox is under your control.

Browser preferences

Only your appearance choice is saved locally in this portfolio. Meeting details stay in memory while you fill out the form and are not saved to browser storage. No advertising analytics are included.
